Story

In 1980, actress Savitri Ganesan met her son while he was unconscious in a rented house in Bangalore. Everyone rushed her to a hospital, but she eventually remained in a coma for more than a year. This event attracts the attention of all journalists as she is a powerful actress in Indian cinema who is very popular. But the media and the public are unaware of Savitri's childhood life as well as most of her personal life and where she is. Madhuravani is an investigative journalist with congenital stuttering disorder. Also, Vijay Antony is a person who works with Madhuravani as a photographer as well as a journalist. The two are asked by their newspaper office to provide a report on Savitri Ganeshan's latest situation and while going to report on her, Madhuravani finds an article written by Savitri. In that letter, Madhuravani sees that Savitri has agreed to hand over her son to a man called "Shankarayya".Out of curiosity, Madhuravani meets Savitri Ganeshan from her childhood and starts talking to her aunt to find out information. In Vijayawada in 1942, Subhadrama, a widow, and her daughter Savitri Subhadrama's sister Durgamba and her husband Chaudhary take her home. Growing up as a slightly stubborn and quick-tempered character, Savitri works with her friend Susila as a talented dancer and stage actress, and through the money from her acting, Chowdhury and his family begin to make a living. As the film industry gradually became more popular, the demand for stage drama began to wane, and Chowdhury suffered a huge loss due to a lack of income. So he takes Savitri to a film studio in Madurai. But she is still young and does not get much filming due to her inability to speak Tamil.
