Sweety is a young woman from a middle-class family studying at a university. A friend of hers who comes to study at the university is harassed by a group including the son of the Chief Minister and she comes forward to save her friend. 

When the minister's son was about to harass her, Gagan Chakraborty and his father as well as his brother joined in and assaulted the minister's son and chased him away. Later, due to this incident, the Chief Minister took revenge on Gagan and his family for assaulting his son. Gagan Chakraborty and Pruthvi are best friends as well as two brothers. 

The film shows that the mother of the two dies due to an incident and grows up under their father.
