Neerali 2018 or Nathan Buwalla 2018 is an Indian Malayalam language film and this film is divided into adaptation, thriller, and survival stories. This can be considered as a fresh experiment for the Malayalam film industry.

Neerali is directed and co-edited by Ajoy Varma. Neerali was written by Saju Thomas and is best known for his contribution to Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998). Neerali is edited by Ajoy Varma and Sajit Unnikrishnan and produced by Moonshot Entertainments and produced by Santhosh T. Kuruvilla, Praveen Kattukaran, and Mibu Jose Nettikadan.

The music for the film was composed by Stephen Devassy and Ronnie Raphael under the Manorama Music label. The total running time of the song is 25.23 minutes and the film contains about 7 songs and tracks, including "Azhake Azhake Aadyamayi" sung by Mohanlal and Shreya Ghoshal and the second song being "Kannane Kannalane".

Mohanlal Viswanathan, an Indian actor in Malayalam cinema, a film director, playback singer, TV presenter, and film distributor, is one of the most famous and influential film's stars in the film industry and around the world.

Presents the character of a gem expert based in Bangalore who does his job. The film also stars Suraj Vasudevan Nair alias Suraj Venjaramoodu, another well-known Malayalam actor who is well-known in the film industry and around the world. Suraj Venjaramoodu is a charismatic actor as well as a comedian, voice actor, and TV presenter in Indian Malayalam cinema and has acted in over 250 Malayalam films.

Neerali (2018) Story

The story of the movie Nirali 2018 is about a fatal experience that Sunny George, a gem expert, and his assistant have to face while working in Bangalore. Sunny's wife Molly has to be hospitalized while on her way to her parent's hometown for the birth of twins.

At this point, Sunny starts to drive to the hospital in his old jeep to see his wife along with his best assistant and driver Veerappan. While Veerappan was driving, he was passing by a deserted forest area when he was hit by a Jeep while walking on the road.

Attempts were made to prevent the accident, but the jeep lost control and overturned into a precipice when it collided with another truck on the road. At the end of the precipice, the jeep is about to fall, with the front wheels in the air and the rear wheels on the edge of the precipice.

Veerappan was seriously injured and was hanging from the seat belt of the vehicle without falling down the precipice. At this point, Sunny, who is injured, is in a desperate situation and without any opportunity to ask for help from anyone, he is in another difficult situation due to a monkey and a snake coming on his jeep.

Sunny and Weerappan's story is then presented as two different stories, in which Sunny's wife Molly is expecting a baby after a long gap of about 12 years. She also points out that she suffers from a mental illness. The film also shows that she is always tempted to find out about Sunny and that she is always skeptical about Sunny.

Meanwhile, a gang of thugs snatches Weerappan's daughter's medals and some other items, threatens her life, and extorts diamonds and gems that Weerappan regularly transports. While these events are taking place, the film returns to the present time and falls down the precipice after Veerappan's death in the morning.

As a result, Sunny becomes very sad and helpless, determined to escape the sudden death he has to face, and he makes a great effort to escape from the deadly danger without falling down the precipice.
