The plot centers on Ma. Po. Si, a teacher determined to challenge societal norms that deny education in the name of tradition. Despite these flaws, "Sir" is worth a watch for its ambitious attempt to address meaningful themes. Bose Venkat's second directorial venture may not achieve its full potential, but its heart is in the right place.
